A hot water bottle always helps with my period cramps. But since hot water bottles are often very impractical and can get very hot, I wanted to create a more practical solution. With this sewing pattern you can easily sew yourself a cover for your standrad-sized hot water bottle. By the way, you can also tie the hot water bottle belt to the back and thus use it against back pain.

Make sure that you use natural materials (not polyester) for the hot water bottle cover, as the fabric must be heat-resistant. Fabrics made of organic cotton are particularly suitable for the hot water bottle belt.
