A digital sewing pattern, also called eBook sewing pattern, is a PDF file. You can download them and print them directly at home.

Digital sewing patterns are usually sold as PDF files in A4 format. My products also contain the sewing pattern in The A0 format. This is especially advantageous if you want to avoid printing and sticking together the pattern. You can print the A0 file in an original size in a copy shop of your choice. All you have to do is cut your size.

Not sure if a digital pattern is right for you? My tip: I already have many great free digital sewing patterns. The best way to try them out is to see if such a digital pattern is right for you.

The digital sewing pattern has a huge advantage: you can implement spontaneous sewing projects immediately – super practical, right? Immediately after the purchase of the product, the file is available for printing. How exactly this works you can read a bit further down as well as in the pdf tutorial. 

The ingredients for the digital sewing pattern:

• One of my patterns
• A pair of scissors
• Sufficient tape
• enough DIN A4 / US Letter paper in the printer

Tips for A4 / US Letter Sewing Pattern Printing:

• Before you print, make sure that your printer prints the document in the actual size. For some programs, this also means “scaling”.
• Make sure automatic page adjustment is turned off.

Tips for A0 Sewing Pattern Print:

• Would you like to have the digital sewing pattern printed on site? Download my pattern and search for the A0 file. Drag them onto a USB stick and go to a copy store near you.
• Would you like to have the digital sewing pattern printed online? Then look for a print shop that also offers its printing service online. Upload the A0 file there and order the print, also called “Plott”.

No, unfortunately that is not possible. Since it is a digital product and you have immediate access to the download, I cannot check whether the product was used or not. Digital patterns are therefore excluded from exchange.

To print your pattern to actual size, i.e. to have plotted, there are two options: a copy shop at your site or online printing services.

If you have a copy shop in your area, it’s best to inquire in advance how much such a plot costs.

The other option is printing the pattern in a print shop that also offers its services online.

For both options you’ll need the DIN A0 file which is included in all the ebooks.

Yes, my patterns always contain a seam addition of 1 cm (the second line around the section). This is marked in such a way that you can easily adjust the seam addition at your liking or leave it out completely.

The dimension table for my patterns may vary. That’s why it’s important that you always re-balance your measurements. You can see how to measure properly here.

I devote a lot of time and love in making my patterns. Please note that my instructions and patterns are only intended for private use, i.e. for the production of individual pieces. The sale as well as the passing on (exchange, copy) is strictly prohibited! All rights to this pattern are reserved to Make it Yours – the Label.

If you’d like to sell more than ten handmade garments you can purchase a license. The license is 30,00 Euro each pattern and you can create and sell as many handmade garments as you wish. Again: the license is only for handmade garments, not for manufacturing.

Pretty straight forward: find a sample of your choice in my shop, put it in the shopping cart and go through the ordering process. 

Once the payment receipt is confirmed, you will receive an email with the link to the direct cut pattern download. If you have created a customer account, you can also access your order and thus your e-book at any time in your customer account. 

Order without customer account:

Once you have successfully purchased a sewing pattern, i.e. the receipt of payment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. In the confirmation mail you will find the direct link to the pattern and you can download it immediately. 

Order with customer account:

Also with a customer account you will receive the download link for your cut pattern by e-mail. However, you also have the great advantage of being able to access your purchased pattern again at any time, even if you can no longer find the confirmation email. Each pattern is stored in your customer account so that you can access and download it at any time. 

No, registration with Make It Yours – The Label is and remains free of charge.

In the login area there is a link “Reset password” under the fields where you enter your e-mail address and password. There you can request a new password. Alternatively, you can simply reset your password via this link.
